Some good news for begginers

To start I react badly to every medication for this cursed affliction so I was expecting the worst.

I'm two months into ldn now for cfs mcas pots etc.

I thought I wouid add my experience as people seem to be scared to start and most people that post are having negative effects.

Firstly thanks to the mods of this sub I love you guys for the support in the beggining.

OK so onto effects, started 0. 1 compounded, only effect wild dreams.

I have now worked my way up to 3.0.

So far my tremours have massively decreased, like a massive noticeable difference.

My pots is much better I feel ill when I stand on the odd occasions rather than the norm.

I have had moments of joy, they seem to spring up now and then but I haven't had that feeling in years.

I want to do more, my brain is not in panic mode where it just shuts down, I actually want to improve my life.

I haven't anything pem related to report on and heat intolerance seems the same.

So far no negative effects olny good vibes highly recommend.

So about those dreams..

I'm three weeks in to ldn, upto 0 . 4 from 0.1.

So far during the day not much to report, felt better in the beggining a bit, but put that down to placebo.

However for the last 8 or 9 days the dreams are getting wild. They started just being more memorable which was nice, but they are becoming 50% lucid and wild.

I'll wake up with full memory of the dream a few times a night and skip back into the same lucid chaos.

And I have to say, I'm really enjoying it, do people do this for the dreams as a shortcut to lucid dreaming?

So far so good I'm hoping this will not be continuous but will be more common going forward.

10/10 experience so far, interesting to see if it helps in the day for the illness I take if for, but we'll see.

It's goooo time.

OK so I picked up my ldn today for cfs pots and mcas, compounded, starting dose 0.1.

Im very excited for it to kick in and cure me of all my problems, I'm pretty much housebound at the moment especially in the heat, so I'm looking into new hobbies like climbing everest, maybe marathon running, who knows.

On a serious note I'm very weary of side effects and trying to monitor titration to get to a point it helps if it does, today my pulse went from 90 - 150 on standing. I have a recommendation for a cardiologist for pots but I don't want to do multiple treatments at once, but on the other hand the pots is a major disability and I life would be much better if it was managed.

So do I wait it out see what the ldn does and get a clear idea of if it is working or not. Or do I try treating the pots and risk feeling worse from pots meds and muddying the waters with the ldn treatment.

I'm not asking medical advice but just opinions on how people manage multiple treatments.

About to start ldn for cfs how quickly should I drop dose of I feel side effects.

Hello all, I'm about to start ldn for mild cfs, mcas, pots.

I am going to be conservative as I need to function and am happy going slowly, does anyone have recommendations or rules of thumb for when to drop the dose down and when to push through. For reference I'll be starting it 0.1 nightly and plan to up dose based on symptoms not time
