Is this a safe 12V-12x6 cable installation?

I recently bought an RTX 5080 TUF OC, with it I'm using the Corsair 1000x 3.1 PSU.

I'm wondering if this can be deemed as a safe installation, I never pushed it down or anything, this is just gravity doing it's work and I don't know if this bending is acceptable or not.

Is it normal that the area near the cpu spring screws get chipped off a bit?

So after screwing the screws in, I wanted to see how well the past filled the cpu socket, so I unscrewed the cpu block to check

However after screwing it back in again, I spotted these marks around the two spring screws, it seems that some paint chipped off..? Is it okay to leave it like this?
