Hello. I came across histology as a potential pathway for me take in my career and wanted some insight on the potential pathways I could take. Things I should aim for now. Things I should avoid doing. Etc.

I have a BS in Biology and have been applying to medical laboratories in an around where I am located to try and get my foot in door. I think my best bet is Route 2 and gaining experience thru work but I wanted to ask and see if I'm on the right track. I have some academic research experience but no clinical experience.
