Hello! Was just going through my old collection and found these two that I used to play to my friends' dismay 😃 Anyone know what they would be worth today? I don't know much about the collector scene since it's not as big of a thing(?) compared to the likes of pokemon at least but I have understood that it's mostly the few rare ones that are very sought after while the rest hold very little resell value. Have I understood correctly?

Hello! Went through some childhood stuff recently and stumbled upon this Gyarados from 2003! I did some googling and apparently one in great condition is worth quite a lot but as you can see, mine is a little rough on the edges and there's some visible wear. I know very little about grading pokemon cards or the actual rarity of this Gyarados but was wondering whether my card would be worth grading or not, even if it scores somewhat low? I've tried to showcase the wear of the card as well as possible, hopefully the photos are clear enough. Thanks in advance!
