I'm so scared

I recently had a Fibroscan and discovered that my liver is severely cirrhotic as per the results. According to my hepatologist, my blood work is still okay. Diabetic yes, but my liver is still functioning as it should. My mother died from HCC at the age of 72. I'm only 31 and I don't want to die yet. I know I'm getting so ahead of myself, but I can't help but worry. I'm due for additional blood work tomorrow to see if I have Hepatitis.

Edit: Thank you all for the comments. I really appreciate all of it. I am going to keep on fighting this and improve my overall health.

My Nephew 16 and niece 18 referred to me as a Lazy Pig in a conversation

I know it's my fault for snooping, but I accidentally found out that my nephew refers to me as a Lazy pig in his conversation with my niece. I feel really hurt because I was the one who cared for him during the separation of his dad (my bro) and his ex due to substance abuse. I am not holding it over his head. I love him so much. I even went into debt just to buy him an ipad so that he can use it to study. I endure verbal abuse from his father just to make sure that he gets the support that he is too shy to ask. I admit that I can be lazy. There are times that I am active, but most of the time, I'm too tired to move. Too unmotivated. I work a regular 9-5 job albeit, remotely. I just can't get over the fact that my nephew is capable of hurting me like this. Should I talk to him or should I just keep on supporting him in silence?
