Hello there!

We're looking for a friendly third roommate to join us in Lakewood. The area features 2 private bedrooms, and a private bathroom with a shower and a double vanity. You'll also have a dedicated parking spot.

(Pictures of the rooms and the bathroom are coming soon)

📅 Move-in date: November 1st, 2026

💸 Rent: $1300/month + utilities (averages out to $120/mo)
Pets: $100/mo for each dogs and cats

🏡 Our home is a cozy three-story house. The first floor's living room and kitchen are shared with two other tenants - male in their 30's and 40's. One roommate occupies the entire basement and the other has rooms upstairs on the second floor.

🙋‍♂️ A little bit about ourselves: We've both lived in Denver for over six years and lead active lifestyles. We enjoy biking, hiking, lifting, tennis, pickleball, and climbing.

Both of us work a hybrid schedule.

We are looking for a third roommate who is clean and respectful. Our number one house rule is to leave shared spaces, like the kitchen, as if they haven’t been used.

If you're interested in meeting us and touring the rooms, please reach out! We'd love to get to know you.
