The landlord is accepting of animals but there is no enclosed yard so I am leaning towards someone with cats but no dogs at this time. I may get cats in the future.
I am a quite homebody with several artsy hobbies and work as a vet tech (dog nurse). The current roommate is moving due to personal reasons at the end of the current lease Oct 1st, but may have the space available in Sept. They also may be able to turn over their portion of the lease sooner depending on details. The landlord is nice and really personable.

Selling my Dell 32" 4K monitor (model S3225QS) as it turns out I prefer a slightly smaller screen with dual screen setups for my desktop computer vs having a massive screen. Max resolution is 3840x2160 (looks really good!), 3,000:1 contrast ratio, AMD FreeSync Premium, up to 120Hz refresh rate, 2 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort ports. Bought new from Micro center for $350 just a few months ago, so I figure someone could put this to better use than I did, at a good price. Just FYI I don't have a car (commute and get around by bike) so you'll have to come to me in order to pick it up. Asking $125 OBO.
