Hi! ✨ My name is Holly and I’m looking for a roommate for this next year to co-sign/renew starting July 1st. Some details before we chat to help find fit. I’m 26, woman, and it takes me a bit to get comfortable with people but once I do people say I’m a blast. I’m pretty relaxed about household schedules and prefer to just learn and work with each others natural pace around chores, cooking, cleaning. I prefer to clean about once a week, and keep up with the dishes day to day.

I’d love to be friends or roommates, I’m happy to just let it be whatever it is.

A little about me: I’m a music teacher and spend a lot of time at the park songwriting with my guitar. I usually ride my motorcycle but I just wrecked it so I’m in recovery and having a lot less fun… I play video games and around the house tend to just chill, have a beer and work on songs or other projects. Matcha girly. Also a little weird 💖

On to the house: We can talk about who wants what room, there’s two bedrooms, one has two glass doors and is a little longer but about the same square footage. It has its own closet and clothing rack. The other bedroom has one door and a big window and a closet. You can make them out fairly well from the listing pictures. The common space isn’t spacey but if we plan well we can make it feel cozy! I currently have a nice little dining table I also use as a work desk. I have a couch, ottoman, bookshelf, and some various decor but I don’t like to keep a lot of things so we’ll have to work on decor together (my current roomie is taking hers with her to the springs). Also, rent is 1900 total, which splits evenly to $950 a month. Internet isn’t included but it’s very cheap, the landlord splits it so you’d pay $15 and I’d pay $15. Utilities aren’t included either so we’d split that each month.

Unfortunately the expiration is listed as 5/2026 but if anyone has use for them these next few weeks I would like for them to get used since they're so expensive.

Hi guys I’m in need of a hairstylist who could re lighten my highlights I got recently! I don’t think they processed enough and the toner washed out immediately and they are very orange.
