I’ve recently updated the tv software but after that videos in my hard drive are not playing in the media player . It went full glitchy and some times very rare some times one video file is playing like old times but if I went back and tried to play it again , it’s saying it cannot play the video . Any advise from the guys who’s been using SONY BRAVIA MEDIA PLAYER since long time please let me know how to get out of this mess

I’m habitual of watching 4k movies on Hard disk on media player app but after the update today no video is getting played . I’ve did all the clear cache and everything nothing worked. Guys in sub!!! Is there anyone in this hub to help me fix it up ???😅
