Does anybody else have issues with scheduling? I’ve been working at Michaels for close to 10 years now and they’ve rarely given me more than eight hours a week, if that. The other day they randomly stopped putting me on the schedule and the hours that they did finally give me quickly disappeared.
What should I do? I’m trying to get up the courage to phone them but I’m not a very confrontational person and I’m worried about getting overly emotional during the call. Not working for the foreseeable future is going to mess with my ability to pay bills and I feel physically sick to my stomach.
Is there a reason they wouldn’t be scheduling me? Has this happened to anyone else?
