Honestly, trying to get a clear picture of true profit week-to-week feels impossible with just standard POS/mangomint reports. I feel like I'm spending half my life pulling data into Excel just to see visual trends and figure out what our actual margins are after provider commissions.

How are you guys tracking your actual weekly profitability? Do you just trust your software reports or do you have a massive custom sheet you run everything through?

Owners, how deep are you actually looking at your numbers?

• Daily performance: total booking revenue or true profit after commissions?
• Service performance: do you know your exact highest margin treatment right now, or are you guessing?
• Product waste: factoring it into per-service profitability, or too hard to track?
• Trends: pulling numbers into spreadsheets to see visual data over time, or just using static reports in your POS?
• Strategy: actively checking profitability weekly, or just handing everything to an accountant at tax time?
