Weaning off 37.5 HR

Yall- what in the hell!
I’ve been taking Effexor since mid August. My PCP wrote me a script 37.5mg HR for depression/anxiety symptoms. However, I felt like I had more going on so I went and established care with a psych.

I was on lamictal years ago, worked well, so we started that up again. got a desk job recently so my adhd symptoms are pretty damn noticeable- now I’ve started on Stratera (awful sweating side effects btw).

I want the least amount of meds as possible so we’ve decided to quit the Effexor as it’s also made me feel pretty spacey the entire time I’ve taken it.

Psych tells me to take it every other day to wean off of it but my fcking god my head is pounding and I’m so tired.
How does one wean off of 37.5 with it being the lowest dose? I was reading into it and it has a short half life so I’m constantly going through withdrawals is what I got out of it. At this point how awful would it be of me to just quit this sh!t cold turkey???

Flex Be Like

“After reviewing your account, we see that we’ve already made multiple exceptions in the past when you couldn’t deliver during a scheduled block due to an unexpected situation. As a result, this will remain in your delivery history.”

CBE Group Collections Experience?

Does anyone have any experience with CBE Group Collections Agency?

I disputed the debt bc I genuinely thought I didn’t owe anything (AEP Energy Inc vs. AEP Ohio-sneaky names, apparently two separate entities !). Received validation today, 8/7, letter dated 7/31. They’ve had my account for 29 days as of today.

I called asking if/when they would report to credit…they told me it’s against policy to disclose that??? Ummm, okay?

I never got notices from the AEP Energy Inc (might be bc I moved-even tho I had mail forwarding on) and my AEP portal never showed an outstanding balance so this is genuinely out of the blue.

I’m just terrified this is going to wreck my credit…I plan on paying it on full likely this weekend after I go work my side hustles but has anyone ever experienced CBE Group debt collection before?? Are you able to tell me if it was reported and on what timeline??

Thanks in advance !

2069220880 Call?

So I received two calls from a 2069220880 yesterday. I did not answer, figured it was spam. Still, I looked up the number. It comes back to Amazon Warehouse. I did Amazon Flex the day before but find it odd that Amazon would be calling me? Idk.

Anyone else ever have this happen? Not sure if maybe people are scamming and spoofing amazons number? But again, would that mean my info is in the hands of someone somehow???

I had a package removed from my route previous day, it was missing. I’d figure I would receive an email communication if there were an issue tho?

Unicorn Tip

Picked up a 2.5 hour Amazon fresh block for $52.20. Pouring rain and flood watch so it took me about 2 hours and 10 minutes, about 40 miles. home to warehouse, block, to next warehouse.

I’ve been in the more poverty stricken areas all morning, so wasn’t feeling very hopeful with tips when I got to my last stop in a nicer neighborhood and a sweet man gave me this. 10 bag grocery order.

He has no idea how helpful this is right now🥹🙏

THANK YOU!!

Manual Adjustment?

I worked two blocks today. One for fresh (2hrs, $42+tips)and a 4.5hr (really 3.5lol. $92.50) I just checked my earnings, those are both there. Then there’s this??

What the hell is a manual adjustment?!?!

What do your guys’ tips look like??

When I was new, I was annoyed by large carts. Now I know that’s where I get my tips🤑
Now I’m annoyed by small carts on a tipped route😒

So I’ve been doing flex since December 2025. However, I don’t know all the tips and tricks-can you guys put me on?!?!

I was previously able to get multiple blocks back to back (with the 30 minute spacing) and sometimes they would be surge priced.

However, they recently accepted a ton of new drivers to my area and I can’t seem to get my hands on hardly any number of blocks. They send me specialized offers here and there. Base low pay, half the time not even in the time frames I request for. Frustrating, I’ve been relying on Flex for the in between, hoping to find a W-2.

Anyways, what’s your guys’ luck with getting instant offers and surge pricing?! I see people sitting outside of the fresh warehouse often but wonder if they’re getting anything good/if it’s worth it. I can’t afford to just sit outside of the warehouse hoping to get my hands on something lol.

I prefer the grocery deliveries because it allows me to make more money by working for tips and because the other warehouses are further away from my home-but would it be worth it to go further out of my way and possibly get better offers on packages because there’s higher demand?

What are your guys’ hacks?!?! Please, I’m desperate lol.
