i have some worries regarding 9th grade geometry, it sounds stupid, i know.

14, I have an exam in about 2 weeks, and i realized i am completely helpless.

For reference, my teacher is probably one of the worst teachers i have ever had, she just skims through and does not explain/put analogies or anything like that, ask for help? 50/50 she will not help you, and if she did.. its barely considered an effort.

I would like to add on the increasing use of AI, i myself am guilty, but i like to ask the AI to tear the answer to its smallest pieces, how the answer was generated, formulas, etc.

So, what do i need to know for the basics? I am starting completely from scratch here. My answer is; i just need to know everything i need to know. The basics, nothing niche here.. im talking angles, formulas, the pythareogoem theorem! Whatever it is. Just tell me, my teacher could not do it.. give advice. I really want to learn math, after years of coping by thinking i am stupid. I will not rely on teachers anymore, every year, these math teachers, whether general or specialized.. (i have algebra next year) have failed me. I cannot WAIT to see what the reccomendations are.

Scaliness, pigmentation(?) And texture.

I have tried amlactin 12%, urea 10%, salicyic acid 2%.. none of these over a month. But for the month being, i was using a psorasis cerave cream knowing i didnt have psorasis so there is that, and amlactin didnt do anything significant over the month.

Whenever i itch my neck, or anywhere like that.. this dark/greyish stuff comes off.

I have a long history of neglect; always took hot showers, scented soaps, i had a pool so i swam in chlorine a lot, NO LOTION.. i am not handling this well, what products should i get? Can you make it relatively short and potent? It was not until late 2025 i changed my habits for the better!

I was told i should try the cerave SA bar.. but, whatever it takes at this point, please help. It is a little hard to look in the mirror, and i feel like itll never go.

Is this my beloved sassafras albidum?? What can i use it for? The uses are limited since it contains safrole.. but i really want to use at least one. Such a beautiful little sassafras.

Got permission to this forest after WEEKS of yearning but..

Peedee region of SC.

What am i doing wrong? This forest trail is roughly 2 minutes away from me, i can walk to it daily with ease! I have a few concerns.

So, after cleaning up the trash as promised.. i took a few steps in. I am still relatively close to the opening here, about 10-20 steps in. It just looks SO barren. I think i am in a mixed pine & hardwood forest, but i am not sure. Maybe my brain is just wired for instant gratification.. i took a picture, stepped out and promptly went home since i said i would go in there next week.

So my questions are, where do i find all of the goodies? The mushrooms, the plants? Where do i look? Should i expect much?

How do i avoid spider webs? I have a walking stick, but i dont know how i can safely clear them.

I have heard poisonious caterpillars actually hang in rhese forests, i have not seen any but that is horrifying.

Some plants/fungi i wanted to find in here, wood nettle, pennywort, chanterelles, meadow garlic (probably not) what else should i actively look for here?

14, how do i be polite asking for foraging on property?

I started this hobby about 3 months ago, i have came quite far! But here is the issue;

So, about a few weeks ago, i was delighted to find out that there is a forest trail like, 2 minutes away.. (i live the nearest to this trail) and could potentially harbor plants ive never tasted, seen or even acknowledged before. Ive only foraged out in my yard, open fields, behind trees, and other spots. But NEVER a forest. I have my precautions, wear long things, i have a trusty walking stick and i am well-educated about the wildlife here.

The property owner, or at least one of the five that own different parts of this awesome forest, lives JUST a few minutes away. I want to ask, but i need to maxmize my odds of a yes. I will promise him that i will not do any wrongdoings, parties, etc. Ive noticed at the very early opening, lies a bunch of trash.

So i may offer to clean it, if he is worried about the holes in the dirt incase i find an allium/primrose, i have a hori hori knife i bought with longevity in mind and i PROMISE i will cover holes and whatnot. I will also be willing to create a hold harmless, as i doubt ill be getting hurt since i am so overly cautious anyway. If he says yes, i cant wait !! I wonder what could grow in here :)

dont know how to explain this, i feel absolutely filthy. Heres my background;

Parents divorced when i was around 5-6, had to move in aunties house since momma got custody of me, she did not even have a working shower.. so yeah. 😭 we used a rag with water covered by a curtain. And the bathroom flor was broke in, youd fall just casually walking so you had to step over. I got adopted at 7, was never teached good habits. I didnt started using lotion until last year, took hot showers and hygeine was completely neglected until a few years back, the basics. I hate to admit it but i genuinely didnt know how to do things as simple as shampoo or brushing teeth, i felt like an idiot and i may have been right.

In addition, the house we have has an inground pool, so much chlorine.. would dry off, occasionally take a shower after and BOOM. This is what my skin looks like currently. I first started off soft using palmers and raw shea butter, obviously that did not work too well. La roche posay lipikar 10% urea and the cerave psorais cream. Did not work, urea 40%, did not work. I try to buy products little as possible. My current regimen is amlactin + eucerin (ran out yesterday) and raw shea butter. My skin feels softer and it takes longer to get ashy but thats it. I cant even take my shirt off because its so disgusting to me. I feel cursed and ugly.

CONDITIONS;

After my white foster mother telling me no and saying everything was completely fine agter i told her throughly what was wrong with me, months later.. she took me. I feel i would have fared better wirh a black dermatologist, but mine was old and kind! Nice guy. He said i had eczema, keratosis pliaris and blemishes or hyperpigmentation? Heres the problem

I am NEVER itchy. Like, never. No oozzing or bleeding, i do flake on my ears sometimes, but i think a lot of this is diet. I flare up in severe heat, severe stress or activity. Especially in the sun, i believe its because of the kp with the scaliness.

Please help, it feels nothinf is working. I made water my main drink for 7 months now! I dont even get soda the oppunrities i get to at resturants, school, etc. Diet is not the best, but i am working on it. As summer comes, more nutritional goods

people have called me dirty, ashy and more because of this. I dont know what to do. Is it dead skin buildup? Still extremely lost either way.
