



Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich with Unlimeat!
A few months back, I posted my Vegan Italian Beef recipe. I found myself with a ton of Unlimeat in my freezer (both my Vons & Sprouts were blowing it out for $2 a box…had to buy ‘em!). I usually use Tofurky for my Italian Beef, but despite being labeled as Korean BBQ, this Unlimeat is pretty neutral in flavor. So - I tried it tonight with my recipe and HOLEEEE MOLEEEY it came out AMAZING! Unlimeat is now my favorite protein for this recipe. It absorbs all the flavors and has such a great texture! I hope I can still find Unlimeat at my local stores after I run out of my stash.
