I'm looking for some advice or to see if anyone else has dealt with this. I ordered some gear from the official Neewer.eu store last week. Today, the tracking showed both of my packages as delivered.
The final mile delivery was handled by Amazon Shipping (tracked via Swiship), which Neewer apparently uses for their European orders.
The delivery person never rang my apartment bell and never called my phone. Instead, they just walked into the ground-floor lobby of my building, dropped both packages right on top of the communal mailboxes, took a quick "proof of delivery" photo, and left.
I went downstairs to get them, and they are completely gone. They were stolen because the courier left them entirely exposed in an unmonitored common area.

I have already emailed Neewer support with the courier's own photo showing where they abandoned the packages. Under EU law, the seller is responsible until the item is safely in my hands, and leaving them in a public lobby definitely doesn't count.
Has anyone else had delivery issues like this when ordering directly from Neewer in Europe?
How is Neewer's customer service when it comes to replacing or refunding items stolen due to courier negligence? Do they respond quickly?
If any Neewer support staff see this, can you please help me expedite my support ticket?
I was really looking forward to this gear, and waiting a week just to have it stolen because a driver couldn't be bothered to ring my bell is incredibly frustrating.
