what are the best affordable baby clothes that are actually good value?

i’m a parent of a 6-month-old and trying to be a little smarter about buying everyday clothes as the sizes keep changing. i’m mostly looking at basics like bodysuits, pajamas, and multipacks, so i care more about getting decent use out of them than having a ton of outfits.

when you’re buying baby clothes on a budget, what do you usually look at to decide if something is actually good value? price per piece matters, but i’m also wondering how much attention you pay to how the clothes hold up after regular washing.

is anyone else still kind of obsessed with their spouse after years of marriage?

my wife and i have been married for almost 10 years, and i honestly still look forward to seeing her every single day. we both work, and after our shifts i usually pick her up before we head home. it's such a small part of our day, but it's something i genuinely look forward to. even if we're both exhausted, i still like hearing about her day during the drive home or just having her sitting next to me.

sometimes i catch myself thinking i'm a little too attached because i still miss her when we're apart and i still get excited to see her after work, even though we've been together for so long. i always hear people talk about the honeymoon phase ending, but i don't think that ever really happened for me.

does anyone else still feel this way after years of marriage, or am i just weird?

update: thanks everyone for sharing your stories and perspectives. i didn't expect so many people to relate, and reading through the comments has been really reassuring. it's been nice seeing different couples talk about how that excitement can stick around for years in different ways. i really appreciate everyone who took the time to reply and share a little bit of their own relationship.
