I just started a new file and I'm in early summer. I've seen the Pufferfish cutscene, it's been several weeks, but I haven't seen the scene in the community center when Connor tells you about the town rank. I've gone over there basically every sunny day since and still nothing. When I go to bed after a productive day there's the meter showing how close I am to increasing my rank, but I can't unlock the altars or move forward in the story quests. Am I missing anything else??
