\* i’m having issues with the skin trying to grow over the piercing

I got a daith back in october 24, (shy of 8mos) immediately realized it was done incorrectly. I went back in April, told her i was having issues with it (bumps + sleeping on it… no bueno) I was using saline rinse and a tea tree combo with dead sea salt for bumps. i do not dry it.
She suggested i take it out completely. She also said it should be healed by now which i thought was super odd because they take a year to heal(?)
I told her I would like to switch jewelry which has helped significantly…

I do want to keep it in to avoid re-piercing.
Unsure if it’s because I sleep on it or if it’s because I don’t clean it as often…

This is my first post, please bear with me.

I am in a jiffy about 2 jobs. KEY FACTORS, I only pay insurance on my car. No other bills.

I have been working at a dead end job for 2 years. I’m making the maximum amount and it’s not enough to live off of, meaning there is no wiggle room. I sit on my ass 6 hours a day and talk to customers (over the phone) , my ex boyfriend works there, the gossip is insane, I work with a bunch of girls (gossip) & all around I dislike my work environment. I love my boss though and he wants me to stay on. I am part time currently due to pursuing college. I get off important holidays, off Sundays & i work 1 Saturday per month.
I got offered another job— $4 less than what i’m making & part time. They do have wiggle room for more depending on my position. Work holidays unless you ask off, sometimes work saturdays and sundays. They are a bunch of women but they have a “no-gossiping” policy. This is a standing job and I get to greet customers and speak to them face to face.

I guess I am asking WWYD? I understand the pay cut but I’m depressed and my back is killing me.
Btw I love rats so please don’t question the name lmao
