I don't really understand what happened...but I haven't missed the zerohero any night for two weeks...and I export a little each night and save enough for self use from the battery

No different last night even had a lot of battery left in the morning so I didn't have a heavy evening

The app is driving me a bit crazy and doesn't provide enough information I can see that would tell me the time that something went wrong?

I monitor my battery app pretty regularly and never noticed any grid draw last night...but Globird says somewhere there was and it went over the limit for the first time?

I have a 7.5 kwh inverter and have the export rate set to 3kwh, plenty enough left for my house loads and all the other nights are evidence of this so far

I used a referral code to sign up to Globird.

It definitely said it on my quote.

It's been about a week but I haven't seen any reference to it in my account...and my balance is not in credit...is it because of cooling off period? Does anyone know?

I did contact Globird directly to ask but so far no response
