My current building is part of the housing lottery. If I've been offered a unit through the lottery system in a different building, can I ask to be given a unit in my current building instead since the qualifications are the same?

Why the hell do 2 checked bags on LATAM cost USD $200+?! That's enough to buy another plane ticket. This is a one way ticket. Last time I flew with LATAM, both bags cost me $80. Make it make sense. Is there a way around this?
I was just sent a video tour of the North Cove apartment. It only shows the inside of the apartment, not the hallway or other spaces.
For those who have been living there, what's your honest review and experience? Is it a safe location and building? Is there security? How are packages handled? What does the laundry room and gym look like?
Also, can someone explain why a new building has no dishwashers in the units, no microwave, and dated equipment?

I just spent a month in Brazil. The next country on my itinerary is Colombia. However, I was told they require a yellow fever vaccine, which I don't have enough time to get. I heard that it's best to travel through Peru, so I booked my flight there. Now I'm trying to book a round-trip flight between Peru and Colombia, but all the flights are over $500. I didn't realize it was that expensive to fly between the two countries. For clarity, my flight out of South America back home is from Peru. Could someone please help me find a cheaper flight or a cheaper way of getting from Peru to Colombia and back?

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected family emergency, I have to fly back to the United States this morning and can no longer use my Airbnb reservation in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro.
The reservation is for June 23–27 in Copacabana. I contacted the host, but they are unwilling to allow a cancellation or provide a refund.
Rather than let the reservation go completely unused, I'm hoping someone might be interested in taking over the stay. I'm offering it at a 10% discount for $145 total.

My trip to Brazil is in 13 days. I've been trying to apply for my evisa on the VPS website, but every time I try to upload my photograph, it keeps failing, with the message shown below.
