2019 HP Pavilion Flagship Incredibly Super Slow. Need Help

Last night, I was trying to log onto my laptop and I noticed it was moving extremely slow. As soon as I turned it on, you know how you click anywhere to type your password? It took about 2 minutes for the screen to change to enter it. Once I was able to log in, everything took 3 minutes tops to load. I wasn't even using the internet, just trying to get into the system settings and trying to see why it was acting goofy. The day before I did delete some old programs or something that an ex installed back in 2020. I think it was McAfee? Can't remember the name, and I looked it up too before I uninstalled it. It may have started with a K. No idea.

I tried to update to Windows 11 last year, but it couldn't install because of another program but couldn't figure out what it was. Tried to see if I could update it last night, but nothing was loading or working right. I left my laptop on for 10 minutes to see if the automatic update would start, my screen didnt change in that time, so I just shut it off and gave up.

1980s (or early 90s?) Christian Dior Jacket. Is it genuine?

My mother gifted me this about 5 yrs ago, and I recently found it (was scared I lost it) in my storage totes. Wish I stored it better cause it's wrinkled now. I was always curious if it was genuine, or if it was some sort of store deal thing. You know how TJ Maxx and Marshall's have brand names, but certain models are made only for those stores? She doesn't remember the store she bought it at, but it was on sale. Now, my family never had "Christian Dior money", and that's why I'm wondering if this could be something like a cheaper piece. I never knew Christian Dior was even made in America.
