Scam: The Audio Store has officially lost all credibility for me

I ordered an IEM that arrived with a visible crack on the shell. Sent them clear photos, requested a return, and instead of addressing the issue, they keep insisting it's just a "moulding line." The shell literally flexes when pressed, but apparently that's normal now.

What's even worse is that I barely got any response until I posted about it on Reddit. After that, suddenly they replied, only to deny the defect.

People keep putting The Audio Store in the same league as Headphone Zone, or even above Concept Kart. Based on my experience, that's complete nonsense. The after-sales support has been terrible, and they're refusing to acknowledge an obvious defect.

A good store doesn't prove itself when everything goes right. It proves itself when something goes wrong. And in my case, The Audio Store failed miserably.

Buy from them if you want. Just don't expect them to stand behind the products they sell when issues show up.

The Audio Store service is worse then Concept Cart

You all may have seen concept cart getting hate for their slow and non responsive service.

Now look at this.

Spend money on The Audio Store on 23rd June, Received damaged product and still no resolution given.

Their team is just saying "it will take another 5 days" Then "It will take another 15 days"

Like seriously?

At this point I feel like getting scammed considering the responses as if they just want to push things ahead and not want to do any action.

KZ QC issue is REAL - Audicular x KZ beast arrived cracked

I recently purchased the Audiocular X KZ Beast from The Audio Store, but unfortunately, it arrived with a cracked shell (photos attached).

The support team responded promptly and was cooperative throughout the process. They arranged a reverse pickup, and the IEM has already been collected from my location.

Posting this to document the process and timeline. As of now, I'm waiting to hear whether they'll offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with their IEM arriving physically damaged?
