I am doing 2000 steeplechase this weekend，I have experience doing 800，mile and 300H. Shall I step on the hurdle while doing the steeplechase, Also
Do I wear socks doing it, I feel uncomfortable not wearing socks during running, so hopefully could get some tips thanks
