Low Hanging Wires - who to call?
Save your Ghostbusters references. I have a couple of wires that hang down to about 5’ off the ground between my property and my neighbors. All of the usual suspects PECO, Verizon, Comcast, etc have claimed that the wires are not theirs and can’t do anything about it.
Who can I call to find out whose wires these are and how they can be tied up higher?
