Should I quit chess? How do I improve?

Lately, I’ve lost almost ten games in a row, and I honestly do not understand what is going on.

My opening play is usually solid, and I also feel comfortable in the middlegame, but in the endgame I completely fall apart.

A lot of the games I lose end with a position that is similar, or very close, to the one in the picture.

So I would really appreciate some advice on how to improve my level and how to think more like a stronger player.

My current ratings are: Rapid 1400, Blitz 1100, Bullet 900.
