Hey everyone, yesterday I set my desk to my standing height, after a while the screen went blank and won't do anything and it is now stuck in the standing position.

I have already tried unplugging everything and leaving it unplugged for an hour up to overnight. After replugging everything this is all I get.

I was able to get a 0 once but it wouldn't do anything either.

I also contacted support and they told me to power cycle it despite me already telling them I did 😭.

Has anyone had this issue?

Please help! I would appreciate it!

Not sure why but furmark shows the model as the mercury magnetic air version but this is the swift model (might be a linux thing idk).

Would you add or change anything to the build or should i just keep as is?
