I just have to vent about the 3rd anniversary gift boxes.

I was someone who filled out the form and waited. Followed the tracking until it just stopped in Beijing. Im in the US. The team hasn't been helpful at all. Ive reported it over a month ago and sent a screenshot of my package stopping and nothings came of it.

Im extremely disappointed 😞 Im sad. I cant believe it honestly. I guess I should just come to my senses and accept I just wont get help and I wont get it.

I was so excited. I dont wanna be whinny but it really sucks.

I have noone else to vent to about it. I just had to let out my frustrations and feelings. I love this game but this really makes me even question how many people like me got duped too?

So days ago I saw a post with clear platforms and golden orange fish swimming in them. I cant find the post anywhere and now im wondering If this was even life makeover?

I swear it was. I believe it was an unreleased set but I saw a video of these shoes with the swimming fish in them. Can anyone help me figure out what set this was or will be? I've been searching for ever for this since I saw it.

Just wondering if anyone from the states have recieved their gift boxes yet who were eligible. Im in MO and am still waiting impatiently. I saw a post about a month ago of someone who got thiers already... Just wondering of anyone else near me have recieved theirs yet??

Hey everyone recently bought this 2023 escape phev had 42k miles on it. Had it about a month and a few days got a ota update notification scheduled it and it keeps getting " interrupted" I've google and tried it all.... fully charged, unplugged drove it around 30 minutes or more ( even thon12v readings say it totally normal) I tried it anyway. all doors and trunk shut. Headlights off, parking break on and everything unplugged inside the vehicle and this stupid update will get interrupted everytime even clicking update in the vehicle it will do the 2 min count down to secure car. Within 10 minutes update fails. Im losing my mind!!! I called my dealer and they said its not covered (even tho its barely a month new to me) its 200 a hour for them to update it themselves.... like shouldnt this have been updated fully before buying?? i even called the help line in the ford app and the person said my battery isnt charged enough sayin below 80% but it was at 93% and I told him that....tried with wifi on and without wifi on... The man also told me that it said I had 5 updates needed bit its only showing the 1. Im at my wits end because I refuse to pay 200 an hour for updates when I feel it shouldve been updated before I bought the vehicle. The update is saying its for the parking break for faster release when backing up ect. I'm looking for any help I can get for this issue... ill try anything at this point.
