Radiant floor heat exchanger issues after only a year.
I'm not sure what's causing this. I did have non-oxygen barrier to be on the system for for a Time but I replaced it and flushed the system but it seems like maybe the corrosion continued? It seems to me that the corrosion is isolated to the dielectric connector and not the heat exchanger itself. The left hand side is the boiler side and the right hand side is the radiant floor side. I'm getting ready to replace it with the new heat exchanger, but I sure don't want this problem to continue and ruin another one. Any ideas?
