Anyone have issue with pharmacy cancellation

Placed an order that was approved and sent to pharmacy on 08/04. Received a text on 08/05 “We have an update on your treatment. We've learned that your current fulfilling pharmacy will not be able to complete your upcoming refill due to production changes. This means that your program will not generate any further refills.” I contacted customer service and was reassured that this is for future orders moving forward and my order is at the pharmacy and being processed (reply from them: Hello, that message is to let you know your treatment plan was cancelled due to the pharmacy being used. Your current order was not cancelled. Once you are in need of a refill, you will need to place a new order.) Fast forward to last week where I contacted customer service again to see the status and received a reply stating that it should take 7 business days. Finally I decided to email them and just got a message back stating that my order was cancelled and they processed a refund. Has anyone had this issue? I’m thankful that the refund is pending, with that said I’m hesitant to go through the whole process again and have them cancel after several weeks of waiting. Considering switching back to refills.
