A whooshing sound, dizzy, head pressure when bending over

Does anyone else get this throughout the day? I also have this weird sensation in my head, almost like my head is buzzing while my ear is ringing. I’ve been experiencing tinnitus for about a year, so I finally made an appointment with my primary care doctor to get it checked out. I’m a 54 yr old healthy male with no health issues. My mother had vertigo, so I’m beginning to wonder if it’s hereditary ...

Suggestions for a hitch bike rack?

I’ve been looking at the kuat and thule helium bike platforms. Both carriers would look awesome on my ’25, but I just can’t justify spending $1000 on a bike rack. Any suggestions for a hitch bike carrier under $500 that’s lightweight and looks decent?

[All][NV] Can an HOA do anything about problematic neighbors?

I recently had a falling out with my neighbors because their guests were constantly blocking my driveway. I’ve brought this issue to their attention before, but it keeps happening over and over again every time they have guests. A few weeks ago, one of their guest block my driveway again, so I sent the wife a nasty text about it. Ever since then, the husband has been using my driveway as a turnaround. There are tire marks on my driveway from him repeatedly driving onto my property without my permission.

Based on what I’ve seen, it appears to be intentional and is clearly trespassing. He does this five or six times a day, and I have footage of every incident.

They took our HOA to city hall because they weren’t happy about the new parking law, and they ended up losing. But somehow, our HOA still let the wife become a board member.

I’m about to send an email to my HOA about this before I get law enforcement involved, but the wife is a member of the HOA board (what a joke), and I’m concerned that she might have access to confidential emails or complaints submitted to the HOA.

What is the best way to handle this without escalating the situation? These people seem to think they’re entitled and above the law because both the husband and wife work for law firms, and they’re probably getting legal advice through work. They are very passive-aggressive and unpleasant people, and I don’t want this situation to turn into a hostile conflict.

What's the payload in your outback?

2025 outback. I'm heading out on a 4 day car camping trip and trying to stay as stealthy as possible. My large yeti cooler filled with water and food, a 1,000W power bank, cooking gear, and my sleeping pad will all be stored inside the car. I don't want to overload my car and put extra stress on the drivetrain, especially since it already has heavier A/T tires.

Why is NV energy treating its customers like this?

I was sweating in my house yesterday because my thermostat was stuck at 77 all day. Come to find out, nv energy can control your thermostat. I never signed up for this, and nv energy never asked for my permission. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you have a digital thermostat, check your settings. Mine says I'm enrolled in an energy saving program, which I never signed up for. I'm about to rip this thermostat out and install a non-digital one. This is total BS.

Anyone here over 50?

54 male here. I've had PVCs, skipped heartbeats, panic attacks, and anxiety attacks since 1989. I was officially diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder in 2022. After seeing eight different cardiologists and undergoing countless tests, every doctor has told me my heart is in excellent shape. I still get skipped heartbeats every day, even though I'm fairly healthy. I think we're poor, unfortunate souls doomed to deal with this for the rest of our lives.
