How do you handle missed calls at your auto shop?

Hey everyone,

I'm researching how auto repair shops deal with missed calls.

When you're busy working on a car and can't answer the phone, what happens to that customer?

Do you usually:

  • Call them back later?
  • Have someone else answer?
  • Send them a text?
  • Use some kind of automated system?
  • Just lose the lead sometimes?

I'm curious how big of a problem missed calls actually are for shop owners and what you currently do about them.

Thanks!
