I cleaned my BC 250 to remove aluminum shavings

Today I cleaned my BC 250 (since I'm a fool and removed the fins from my heatsink on top of my motherboard because I didn't know how to heat it up and remove the heatsink). I used a lot of canned compressed air for both the heatsink and the motherboard. After checking it thoroughly, I didn't see any dust and the thermal pads looked great.

Some of the photos are from before I cleaned it, and they were tiny little pieces of aluminum, almost like dots. When the power supply and new thermal paste arrive, I'll take another look and then I'll connect it. I hope nothing bad happens.

My BC 250 finally arrived

I've already removed the cooling brackets; I'm waiting for the power supply and fans to arrive. For now, only one fan will arrive; the rest will arrive at the end of the month. Now all that's left is to buy compressed air and isopropyl alcohol to clean the aluminum shards. I'm really happy to finally get it working.

Recomiendo este cable por si no quieres hacer todo el proceso de convertir tus cables a Molex Microfit 3.0 o si tienes una fuente todo en uno como la mia, es conectar conector CPU 4+4 al adaptador, conectar los MOLEX MICROFIT (ambos) y conectar tu conector PCIe de 8 pines a la placa. EDIT: Si es posible, hable con un usuario del Discord de BC250 y me explico como seria posible hacerlo, hay que conectar CPU 4+4 a el adaptador y conectarlos ambos (conectar PCIE a BC250 y conectar CPU 4+4 a ADAPTADOR MOLEX MICROFIT)

Random ROG ALLY restart on Windows 11

Has anyone else experienced this with their ROG ALLY (white Z1 Extreme model)? It happened to me today, and I'll wait to see if it happens again if there's a problem, but if anyone else has had this happen, it would be good to know.

Sudden reboot on ROG ALLY with SteamOS

I was playing Devil May Cry 5 on my ROG Ally with SteamOS, and out of nowhere it restarted. It didn't go above 80°C, and the performance was great. Has this happened to anyone else?

""Activate updated fan control": what does it do and is it worth activating?

Yesterday I activated (restarted) and tested the option, but I don't know what changes occurred. Then I deactivated it (restarted). Does this change anything on my ROG ALLY? Or does deactivating it make everything go back to how it was before?

Does this happen to anyone else? Or is there any way to find out why it happens?

I was listening to music on Spotify downloaded from Discovery, and there's a kind of crackling sound and it lags when trying to open an app image. (This only happens with Spotify; I've already tried playing music from the browser.)

My machine is a ROG ALLY, and I have SteamOS on the stable channel

Is anyone else experiencing stuttering issues in MSGV: TPP?

I was playing a pirated copy of MGSV: TPP, but recently I decided to buy it, and I'm noticing that in the official version I have a bit of stuttering, more specifically when I'm on horseback.I play on SteamOS with ROG ALLY, does anyone know what could be causing the stuttering? (I never had stuttering in the pirated version)

Previously, it wasn't processing the shaders, but now it is.

A few days ago I was playing on my ROG ALLY with STEAMOS, and I didn't get any shader loading messages at any point. Now, is this something bad or should I not worry? The message said:

"Processing Vulkan shaders"
