Hi everyone so I moved into Gaborone 2 years ago and stay with my cousins family. Recently he's been acting weird and talking about how people are stalking him and spreading rumors about him being a drug addict and a "brokie" (as he says).

It started off with light remarks I didnt take too serious but it got to the point of him being extremely paranoid and feeling like everyone is out to get him. He's been depressed and struggles with keeping a presentable outward appearance.

Whether this is true or not is something I highly doubt but what do I do. Are there rumors in Gaborone that reflect to this? Does he need psychiatric help?

Hi. So I ordered a packed worth $515 and paid roughly $200 for shipping from China to Botswana.

DHL is charging roughly around P5350 (roughly $351 usd) to get it to me.

Is this reasonable. How do i minimize the costs.

Its a package of 30 pcs of t shirts.
