Was rereading 269 and found myself struggling to understand the explanation for how this happened. Correct me if I’m wrong in what I believe is the correct breakdown of the scene.

Yuji:
How did you return to ur body?

Yuta:
I owe it to Rika, because she was an externalized cursed technique. When she didn’t follow me into Gojo’s body, I thought I’d lost my connection to her, but Rika was using rct to repair and sustain my og body, which Shoko was also treating. When I used Gojo’s domain, I burnt-out all the cursed techniques in my brain, including Limitless, Kenjaku’s cursed technique, and my Copy, cutting my 5 min mode short and ending my control over Gojo’s body. I thought I was dead but…

Mei Mei:
There was a miscalculation on our part. We assumed that Kenjaku’s cursed technique would persist even after you opened ur domain.

Kusakabe:
It was likely an application of barrier techniques on his own brain that allowed Kenjaku to use the multiple cursed techniques he kept. That way, he could selectively divide them and their respective burn-outs, preventing burn-out across all cursed techniques and loss of bodily control. It’s obvious someone who’s used the cursed technique for a millennium would be more precise than Yuta’s fresh copy.

Yuta:
However, unlike Limitless and Kenjaku’s cursed technique, my Copy was still inside Rika, not with me. By the time it recovered, I was almost dead, but I was reunited with Rika, reconnecting me with Copy and allowing me to use Kenjaku’s cursed technique again to hop back into my original body. Sry for making everyone worry.

This is mostly a headcanon post for fun, trying to maximize all of Modulo Yuji’s possible abilities. Lmk what you guys think and if you can think of anything that could be added.

Black Flash at will, which is exemplified by him landing BF without building up a momentum/flow as it is otherwise displayed in the series. This means Yuji also has the best CE manip/understanding itv (besides Tengen who was manipulating the CE of all of Japan), and yes this is a CE manip/understanding feat. Yes, BF is affected by external factors, but Yuji has showcased the ability to account for those factors to still land BF. Gojo couldn’t do this despite having the best CE manip/effiency/percep device itv (six eyes) bc he was literally seeing the flow of CE everywhere all the time. BF is generated by an innate focus/feeling, not analysis.

CE manip/understanding equates to barrier technique knowledge/ability, which means he has the best domain/barrier usage itv minus Tengen. W this I can see him gaining open domain, selective sure hit control, and selective range control. Not positive on this, but based on the changing background/setting of his domain that we see in the Shinjuku Showdown and based on what we see Tengen’s barriers capable of, I’d say it’s possible that Yuji could create holograms/illusions of fake places or bodies in the domain like Tengen.

We know Yuji had RCT and Simple Domain by EOS, but given his incredible CE manip/understanding I could see him also gaining RCT output like Sukuna. He may have Falling Blossom Emotion but considering how that is mainly kept within the big 3 clans I don’t see him gaining it.

Cursed Technique: “Chef” (Sukuna’s)

1. Slash: dismantle, cleave. I can see him unlocking the World Cutting Slash extension for these techniques.
2. Cook/Fuga: possibly fire arrow, but probably not. Same ability but different application since Yuji isn’t as much of an archer like Sukuna.
3. Reversal?: not sure if a reversal is possible for this technique. I don’t see an opposite of cutting, however maybe the cooking/fuga aspect could b reversed into a freezing technique?

Cursed Technique: “Blood Manipulation”

1. Psuedo-RCT
2. Free Flowing Stack (Scale): further amp to his already calamity grade physicals.
3. Convergence: piercing blood, supernova.
4. Possible other blood manip related techniques that he would’ve gained by eating the other death paintings, such as Eso and Kechizu’s “Rot”, which would give him Decay and Wing King.

Cursed Technique: “Soul Manipulation”

1. Personal and outward soul perception
2. Application to all other cursed techniques

Now this is the biggest headcanon so far but shhh let me have fun:

Cursed Technique: “Antigravity System”

1. Inherited from his mom
2. Lapse: antigravity
3. Reversal: gravity
4. Pseudo-infinity
   I don’t think it’d have a hollow technique since there is no middle ground between gravity yes/no. The reason I include AGS for him though is bc it would provide a tangible way for him to clean up Dabura like he said he can, bc gravity bends light.
