I have an interest in tracking a specific flight, UBT784, from MCO to Gatwick.

An extended family member booked a flight a few months ago, that was scheduled to depart MCO on Tuesday May 5 (tomorrow).

They've not seen an email changing the flight, but there does not seem to be any scheduled flight tomorrow, it's showing May 6 for the next one. I have in front of me, their email originally from Norse Atlantic showing the booking on Z0784, departing tuesday May 5 at 8:30pm. But this flight does not appear anywhere online. No other emails changing flight time or anything are in their inbox.

they are attempting to contact the airline but not getting anywhere yet.

What is going on?

edit: family member finally got somewhere with the online chat bot, said they were rebooked onto the Wednesday flight. Phew.
