Does any of these look okay?

Got a brand new 2023 Rx350h. It now has 30k miles. Here are a few Things that I noticed after my recent service.

  1. The engine coolant is at the rock bottom. Engine is cold.

  2. Looks like the valve cover is leaking. (Took it once and they said it's just residue and cleaned it up. But it's back)

  3. I See oil stains on the other side of the engine from some unknown hose.

  4. Looks like the oil is overfilled too. This old oil has 7k miles. I assume it's going to expand further when hot.

I have The 48 month warranty till April of next year. Are any of these supposed to be covered under warranty?

Need some advice before I take it to the dealership and they brush it off saying that's normal.
