Hi all - I just got 2026 Nightfall Mica 350 Hybrid with Premium trim and convenience package. It’s a Certified Pre-Owned but it was only 2 months old and had only 2k miles on it. My lease structure is 36 months with 12k miles/ year for $1500 drive off and $585/month incl tax. I live in Los Angeles, in case that matters. Do you think this is a decent deal?

We're shopping for a 2026 Lexus RX 350h Premium+ AWD and have narrowed it down to two options. Both have pretty much the same configuration, including the panoramic roof, Technology Package, Convenience Package, etc.

Option 1: Nori Green / Black leather

- MSRP: ~$66k (includes ~$900 in PIOs)

- Dealer discount: ~$3,500 (5.3%)

- Selling price: ~$62.5k

- No Mark Levinson

Option 2: Eminent White Pearl / Palomino leather

- MSRP: ~$67k (includes ~$500 in PIOs)

- Dealer discount: ~$4,300 (6.4%)

- Selling price: ~$63k

- Includes Mark Levinson

Both MSRPs include factory options, PIOs, and destination charges. Selling prices are before taxes and registration.

The difference in selling price is only about $500, with Option 2 being slightly more expensive.

Personally, I really like the Nori Green exterior, but the Palomino interior looks gorgeous too. I'm leaning toward negotiating Option 1 a little further since it doesn't have Mark Levinson, but I'm curious what others think.

For those who own an RX, I'd love to hear your thoughts:

1. Which exterior/interior combination would you choose?

2. How does Black leather compare with Palomino in terms of appearance, maintenance, and long-term ownership?

3. Is Mark Levinson worth having?

4. How do these dealer discounts look for a 2026 RX 350h Premium+? Would you consider either a particularly good deal, especially considering the different PIO amounts?

We're hoping to keep this car for a long time (10+ years), so I'd appreciate any feedback from current owners.

I am planning to buy a compact SUV and I am trying to between RAV4 2026 xle premium or Lexus RX hybrid 2026. I don’t care about the logo and I am not trying to show off to anyone.

I know RX is a little quieter and has leather seats, but other than these few things how is it better than the new RAV4 ? Is it safer or more reliable ? Which one would be expected to have a longer lifespan ?

We've had our 2026 RX350h for 20,200 miles. We drive it on a lot of road trips (some weekly 260 miles round trip) and some longer. I've noticed that, particularly after a long drive, when I lift of the gas to let it coast, the engine wants to spin up when it should be quiet in EV regen mode. It does then in Florida where it is perfectly flat. And, it does it when we're in the mountains and I'm going downhill totally coasting. I understand compression braking but the fact that it does this when we're in FLA make this even more odd. The only thing that seems to kill the droning noise/increased RPMs is to hit the gas again to blip it out of that mode. Has anyone experienced this and, if so, what was the fix? Thanks!

Just reserved a rx350 premium plus FWD for 60k OTD. No trade in. Exterior White with palomino. Should I have waited for 2027 model?

Just wondering if 20K OTD price is reasonable on a 15’ rx350 with 103k miles & 2 owners with one minor accident report. This is from a Lexus dealer. Thanks

Anyone choose the matador red color on the RXH and regret it? I found it to be beautiful in the showroom but I am typically a fly under the radar type person and it’s a bold color.

My rough math: once gas, extra registration, maintenance, and mileage are counted, the hybrid comes out cheaper if I drive more than ~9k miles a year which is probably around how much I plan on driving. The gas one wins on being brand new, the nicer interior, and picking my color.

Which would you pick, and why?! I just want the best bang for my buck!

I test drove a 2026 RX 350h a week ago.  The interior of the car was incredible!  I loved it.  But, the test drive was underwhelming for me.  Mostly because I was expecting it to be a quiet car. 

The 21 inch tires made noise that did not seem luxury or upscale at all.  The hybrid engine drone i could live with, but the feel of the car when I came to a stop on a downgrade slope made me wince.  I know it has regenerative braking, but they felt mushy and the car rocked forward as I stopped. Just not a great feeling or a good sounding ride.

I have driven other hybrids and this one just felt unpolished.  I was incredibly disappointed because I loved the interior. I have also heard about the 12v drainage.  I live in a place with very cold winters and don't have a garage.  Putting a trickle charger on it would be a challenge. 

I would love to have the gas mileage though. Everyone seems to love the hybrid so much on these forums.

Is the battery issue really that prevalent?  Do 19 inch tires sound better?  Is it easy become accustomed to the braking? Or should I just give up on the hybrid and try the gas Rx 350?

I know that's a lot of questions that only I can decide.  But, you all have lived with these cars and I would appreciate your advice or opinions.

I’m considering an RX 350 and trying to understand the depreciation curve and where the best value is. For those of you who have owned RXs for a while, how well do they actually hold their value long term?

I’m wondering if buying slightly used, maybe 1–3 years old with relatively low mileage, is the sweet spot. My thinking is that someone else takes the initial depreciation hit, but I’d still be getting a fairly new RX that I could potentially keep for 8–10+ years.

Doing some research on possibly buying a 5th gen RX350 gas or RX500h, any current owners can chime in on some questions I have? A lil bit of a back story, my 2016 BMW X5 may get totaled by insurance due to a recent accident, so I am looking at possibly purchasing a new RX, weather it be a 350 gas or 500h, I still havnt decided yet. Coming from a BMW with a sporty and somewhat harsh ride, I know the Lexus will be a lot more plush in comparison, reviewers call it "Lexus sporty", even with the adaptive variable suspension option, it will probably not be as sporty as the BMW is. I guess I am getting old and is willing to trade handling for a more plush ride. Anyways, here are the questions.

1. How is the gas millage for the 350 vs 500h? Currently my X5 gets around 450KM/280mi a tank (70L/18gal), or 14.6L/100KM 16MPG. A mix of around 90city/10hwy driving. I believe even with the 350 gas, I would be saving gas compared to the X5.

2. How is the AWD system(s) in the snow WITH dedicated snow tires? I know the 350 will have a traditional AWD system with a physically connected front and rear axel, but is front biased, where as the 500h uses a electric motor in the rear axel.

3. Does the 500h have a selectable EV mode? I believe it does not as most reviewers do not mention this as a feature. I assume the car will automatically select hybrid or ev mode based on your driving style then?

4. Feature wise, are the triple beam LED headlights a must have option? Does the light output make any difference? If I go with regular headlights, are they LEDs or HIDs?

5. Just like the previous question, is the Mark Levison a must have as well? I guess audio will be a bit more subjective as everyone's hearing and taste in music is different.

I am trying to avoid the 350h and 450h+ as I really do not like CVTs and hybrid (nth against hybrids, I just dont like driving them), and they do not have the F-Sport goodies the 350/500h has. My first choice would be a 350, but the 500h performance is really tempting. If the 500h can be more gas efficient (I know the 500h is not meant to be gas saving, but it is still a hybrid after all) over time compared to the 350 (say 10 years of ownership), then the initial price difference will be worth it. If not, then the performance is really not as tempting when you factor in the price difference.

Two weeks ago I left a down payment on a rx 350h premium+. I drove a caviar with a macadamia interior. I really wanted the Nori green which the didn't have but said they could probably get from a local dealer in a week or two. Two weeks have gone by so I called and they said they are still working on it. Are the just waiting for me to cave on the caviar?
