CA haven’t receive my e-file
Hi,
I use a tax prepare service despite he claims that he has e-filed my return since last month but when I contact CA FTB, they said that they don’t have it in their system. I asked for any sort of receipt but my preparer did not have any. He said that he is going to file again today, how can I make sure it actually goes in ? How long should I wait to contact CA FTB again ? I want to pull this out and file it myself by turbo tax but I worry it may create duplicate issue.
