Hi everyone, I've been diagnosed with early stage spinal arthritis but I'm in my 30s. I was recommended PT by my orthopedic doctor, but I keep having issues in my hip/knee even after completing the program, and no medicines seem to help. I wanted to get a second opinion on my condition and would really appreciate any recommendations in the area. Thanks!
