30 day water fast. I’m desperate.

I am an obese 22 yr old woman. Currently weighing 124kg (273lbs) and i am 182cm tall. I want to lose as much weight as i can in the next 2 months as i’m going on holiday. My goal would be to hit the 90’s, i just want to be out of the 3 digits (in kg).

I’ve fasted for 3 days multiple times for the past month, and my longest fast was 5 days I keep on breaking my fast so badly tho. I feel like i never last long enough to see actual changes.

I’m planning on doing a 30 day dirty fast where i can consume 100-200kcals of liquids from like lattes and such. I’m also working 5 days a week right now in a warehouse. The work isn’t really intense. It’s just basically standing for 8hrs a day.

After my 30 days i am planning on moving to 7 day rolling fasts. I know this sounds so out there and very hard and it will be really hard. But i’m so desperate to lose this weight and i’m willing to do anything.

To anyone who has managed to fast for 30 days how did it go?? Specifically for women, how did you find it? How much did you end up losing? did you gain a lot back?? Can you guys give me tips as well?? Anything that can help?

I’ve done 28hrs of lessons and only started properly learning in January. I was so stressed out before starting but thankfully the test route was super easy. I’m so glad i finally got this over and done with and i can drive this summer🎉🎉🎉🎉

I have my test in 2 days, i’ve currently done around 28hrs of lessons. I’m doing automatic. i don’t have any lessons tomorrow and the next time i’ll be in the car is on my test day.

My driving instructor says i’m ready but i just keep making small mistakes with my positioning (around pot holes and when the other traffic has parked cars) and i make such silly mistakes with 3-4th exists in roundabouts (because there is a big one in my city that’s different and it confused me).

I’m so worried about failing and i feel like i NEED to pass because of plans that i have during the summer. I also really don’t want to spend more money on lessons and booking another test.

Do you guys have any tips you could give me? How to get through these nerves? I’m scared i’ll mess up because of the fear of failing.
