What’s actually working for small businesses in lead gen?

Been working with a few small businesses on lead gen lately, and something I keep noticing is how much the cost of hiring callers depends on where you’re based.

I’m in Egypt, and I started comparing what callers typically cost here vs. the US. A good English-speaking caller here can be around $4–$5/hour.

For the small business owners here, how are you handling lead gen right now? Do you have someone in-house, outsource it, or do it yourself?

How can I get my first few clients for my call center?

I recently started a small outsourced call center in Egypt, mainly working with US businesses. We have a team of English-speaking agents who can handle things like cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting and customer support

The business is still pretty new, and most of the people I've talked to so far either don't respond or aren't interested. I've tried reaching out to real estate companies, sending cold emails and messaging people on social media but I haven't had much luck

I know a lot of companies outsource these services to countries like Egypt, India and the Philippines because of the lower costs but I'm having a hard time actually getting in front of the right people.

For those who run call centers or outsourcing businesses, how did you get your first few clients?

Are there any platforms, niches or outreach methods that actually worked for you?

How can I get clients for my call center?

I recently started an outsourced call center business, and I'm unsure how to effectively attract clients.

Companies tend to outsource their call centers to Egypt, India, and other countries because of the low hourly rates, starting at just $4 per employee.

So, my question is: how can I attract clients to my call center here in Egypt?

I've tried contacting real estate companies in the US, but I'm always rejected.

I've also tried sending emails, but I haven't received any responses.

Are there any effective ways to attract clients?

My best tenant is facing a crisis, so I waived 90 days of rent. Thoughts on this approach?

She called me crying today. She got really sick, is stuck on FMLA, and disability denied her. She has zero income right now and was terrified I’d evict her. Honestly, I just gave her 3 months rent-free.

I know some of you are hardcore "business is business," but forcing a payment plan on someone broke makes no sense. Plus, turnover sucks. Between vacancy, cleaning, and rolling the dice on a new tenant, I’d lose that money anyway. Eating the cost to keep a proven tenant just feels like a no-brainer to me.

What would y'all do here? Evict, try a useless payment plan, or take the hit like I did?
