Is there an explanation as to why asgardians look like humans?

seems odd to me, also do we know creatures from other realms except for the frost giants?

Why did marvel switch actors for the hulk?

I love both of them but I have trouble connecting the two especially when new one speaks about experiences of the old one.

Do the movies tell us what "other ways" Loki used to let the giants into Asgard?

and why didn't he use them when he went there against his own?

Are the different realms technically reachable by traveling far enough?

How are they connected and why are they completely disregarded in any other marvel movie (as far as I know)

Why don't the asgardians use the bifrost to destroy enemy realms like Jotunheim?

in the first movie it was stated leaving the bridge open would destroy the realm?

Could someone explain the rebirth circle of asgardians?

May have also gotten lied to and this cycle indeed does not exist.
