hello! im M 22 and i just graduated from college (last may 2026)

i've always had hair fall when i wash my hair since i shampoo daily since birth lol (and i use head and shoulders pa talaga)

idk why ngayon lang but i just started getting cautious about my hair. i got insecure when my friend told me about my huge forehead.

my dad has always had a large forehead kasi, kaya i'm wondering if nag-mana lang ba ako sakanya or this has something to do with my hair na rin 😭

can you guys see if i should start getting worried na ba about my hair? and if ever man, what are the first baby steps i should take in addressing it?
