I got a notification from whoop so I clicked on it unknowingly and immediately my subscription got renewed without confirmation and I had to go back to their site and of course it takes forever to do a simple cancellation due to the survey. My question is why can you renew your subscription just by clicking on a whoop notif but you can’t cancel on the app it’s just a bit shady to me. Obviously I know they want to cause friction for cancellation but man that threw me in for a loop. Like really off a notification you just renewed it right under my nose? If I was older or a bit more unaware that would have flew right under my nose without me knowing.
