Crestie update (Read Desc.)

This is Coke from this morning (when i was cleaning his temporary enclosure and changing his paper towel, food, n water) to now - he somehow stuck himself in a corner and got stuck there for idk how long while I was at work and I think he got abundantly dehydrated from that but theres also his eyes because one is WAY bigger than the other and I have no clue what to do about that or how to approach that since I don't have the funds for a vet visit since the nearest exotic vet is nearly 2 hours away and the first vet I took him to only said he was dehydrated and the exotic vet I called told me to get spray for some of his wounds and his tail dropping and so that spray is coming in tomorrow for him but I have no clue what to do in the meantime exept monitor him closely and maybe call the vet again. If you havent seen my previous post on this whole situation I would say go look but to sum it up coke got out of his enclosure due to a hole of somesort and then fell off of a shelf and well yeah just all the things you dont want happening and so he got scraped up and something is up with his right eye and well yeah its all a lot to take in because right now hes safe in a temporary enclosure but I definitely need to get a new one and for that I need to save up a lot and for a vet visit that'd be even more saving up and well I just dont have that money currently and am trying to stick it out with him for the time being. It's been 5 days since the initial incident and he was getting better and is still better than he was initially but there's just still a lot of factors in it that I'm unsure about what to do and I'm looking for advice or help on what to do with it. He's fairly young like only 4-5 months old and still tiny-ish so yeah any advice or help is great in my situation because I'm trying everything I can at the moment.

Infection prevention (Read desc.)

Is this ointment reptile safe? I've looked into what's safe and not safe for reptiles ointment wise but Google really only says to avoid pain relief agents since those are toxic to reptiles and so I got both this and neosporin but the neosporin had pain relief additives so I know i can't use that and I was told that this triple ointment was basically neosporin - the pain relief agents but I'm still very cautious of this because well if you didn't see my previous post you can go look at that or to sum it up my crested gecko lost his tail and got injured from what I am assuming to be a bad fall of sorts from escaping his enclosure (i am working on getting a new one - he is currently in a temporary one). I have taken him to a vet they only said he is dehydrated which honestly yeah most of the signs he is showing points to that but in my previous post with photos of him theres something with his eye and a few scrapes I'm worried about but those appear to be healing normally but I've been getting a lot of advice including using anti-infection stuff on him as a just in case and so thats what I am currently trying to do but I'm trying to do it in a safe and not traumatizing way

Any additional advice is always welcome and thank you 🙏

Is my crested gecko okay? (READ DESC.)

Hey guys! I read the rules and understand you guy's arent vets or anything but I srsly need help with this case because I've gone to a vet and they just told me he's dehydrated and I think that definitely is a problem but there's others that the vet seemed to look over and I can't stop thinking about it.

Story of how I got here:

It started this weekend, Saturday around 2am to my knowledge (from checking my cameras) my crestie, Coke, got out of his enclosure - I'm not sure why or how. I'm unsure of his exact tank size but it is a hexagonal tank which the top is missing for so I used chicken fencing and lined that up as a top. I live in MN so the winters get cold and so the top doesn't work because he does need a heat lamp and the original top was full plastic which a heat lamp would melt through hence the chicken wired top. I made sure that the chicken wired top was doubled so there's no cracks to my knowledge that he could've gotten out of unless it was moved or somehow got shifted over which I do have a cat so I believe it was her doing possibly, but anyways so he somehow got out at 2am and his enclosure is up on a bookshelf. I dont know what exactly happened since my cameras only pick up so much and he's still fairly small (He's roughly 4 months old and from petco). He somehow got off the bookshelf, wether that was climbing, falling, or idk but he got down and well when I woke up the next morning and found a trail of blood and his tail right next to my cats food dish, I assumed the worse, but I didnt want to just give up and assume he got eaten or was dead so I searched and searched my room but my room is quite cluttered (my fault) and there's somethings I just can't get under to check or lift so after looking for nearly the whole day I had to call it quits and give up the search because realistically I can't move EVERYTHING out of my room especially with a crestie because he could be under or attached to literally anything and so I gave up because honestly I didn't think he would be alive. To my shock, the next morning I wake up and he is right infront of my face on my nightstand, just staring at me, and my cat, right next to me, didn't do a thing to him. Needless to say I did have to apologize to my cat. I picked him up and very quickly went to feed him since he looked WAY skinner and he ate a TON, like a full bottle caps worth which is a lot for his size and I gave him some water and he LOVED it. He also appears to have attachment issues now though because he refuses to let me put him down and he absolutely hates being in his rehab enclosure and will stare me down day and night but I don't want to risk hurting him so I've left him alone the past few days aside from replacing the towel/paper towel, food, and water in there. At first I was very worried because his eye looked way red (like blo0dy) and he had a few scrapes (as you can maybe see in the photo).

Getting to my point:

I believe he's going to make a very full recovery within the next few weeks because he's already back to climbing and jumping around and doesn't look like anythings too wrong but I still would like advice at least on what to do aside from bringing him to a vet because after the first time, I have very little money to do so and I fear they're just going to tell me he's dehydrated again and also I live a min 2 hours away from any reptile vet and with gas prices its a long, expensive, trip. Any advice is welcome obviously, even bringing him to the vet again is on the table, but from what I've observed he's been getting more active, eating a lot, drinking quite a bit, and overall good but his minor scrapes and eye worry me because his eye (as you can see in the photo) has this clear bubble over part of it (the part where I think he scraped it somehow because a day ago it looked scraped) and his scrapes on his body worry me because of possible infection, especially since he was missing in my room for a entire day, and well yeah with how young he is it's harder to tell when things are wrong.

Any and all advice is appreciated and welcome and thank you for reading this very long reddit post.

The photos sort of show the timeline of how things have gone so far
