Need advice on whether it's a dental pain or nerve pain

My mother was complaining of teeth pain. We consulted a dentist. He said that due to gap between her teeth, food is getting trapped and it is causing the pain. So, a bridge was applied on the third last lower teeth from left end side, last month. Mind you , her third last lower teeth from left side was extracted long back. Basically there was nothing at that place. Once the bridge was fixed then my mother was again complaining of toothache in the second last left lower teeth and last left lower teeth. We consulted another dentist. She did X RAY of whole teeth. She said that a gap is still present between second last lower teeth and last lower teeth. We were advised by her that existing bridge should be removed and a new bridge should be re-created so that in addition to filling the gap between third last lower teeth and second last lower teeth, it also fills the gap between second last lower teeth and last lower teeth. So we went back to the first dentist to remove the bridge. He removed the bridge. He gave an antibiotic and a pain killer. He asked to keep on visiting him for three days. He monitored for two days and then he did RCT for second last left lower teeth and fourth last left lower teeth. Basically both the supporting teeth for the bridge. There is no bleeding in the tooth or gum as of now. However, she gets pain while eating. He hasn't applied any temporary bridge over the space from which the bridge was removed. He left it bare. When we asked him to apply temporary bridge then he is saying that it's not needed. He is saying that he is giving time to heal and then he will apply permanent bridge directly. It's very uncomfortable for her to live without teeth from which the bridge was removed. He is asking now to come after 2 weeks. He filled the space between last molar and second last molar from left side. She is still having toothache in the second last molar from left side. First dentist is saying as the fixed bridge has been removed so because of the sensitivity it is paining. However, her premolar (fourth last teeth from left side) is not paining. Her fourth last teeth from left side and second last lower teeth from left side were cutted through to support the bridge on the empty spot at third last lower teeth from left side. Second last lower teeth from left side was paining before applying bridge. It was paining even after applying the bridge. Doctor said that because of sensitivity as it has been cut through it is paining. Later the second dentist said that the gap between her last lower teeth and second last teeth is causing the pain. Even after removing the bridge, it is paining. Even if she doesn't eat then also it is paining.

It makes me wonder if the space between her last lower teeth and the second last lower teeth was never the issue. I am wondering if this pain is because of some nerve issue. Pain is also not continuous pain. It comes suddenly and then goes away. There are three to four episodes of such occurence of pain in a day. That's it.

I am very scared what if he just re-applies the bridge but the underlying issue is something else or nerve issue and pain still persists. It will keep on paining. Currently he has filled the gap between second last lower teeth and last lower teeth still there is pain

Please suggest what should I do.

Suggest some good experienced dentists in Muzaffarpur, Bihar

My mother was having toothache. So, we visited a dentist in Patna last month. He applied dental bridge over her tooth after filling them.

She is still suffering from toothache even after a month. Now, we want to consult a good dentist who has long experience and accurate diagnostic skills.

I tried searching on Google. Most of the reviews seems fabricated.

If you have personal experience with any dentist or you know someone in your family and friends who have consulted a dentist in Muzaffarpur then please suggest.

I am asking this question but this post will help thousands of people who are or will be searching for dentists.

Your one minute reply could literally help thousands of people so please consider.
