I think we scared him away from crypto, but he doesn't want to detach, and I'm not sure why yet. Still, this is an abrupt switch back to what appears to be OG Albert, totally incapable of handling any attempt at simple conversation. He gets really excited about the one thing I asked him not to talk about, of course. Sports. I barely indulge then shut it down, but the only other thing he can come up with is the weather. Over and over again. This is the start of a lull and possibly an anticlimactic ending, but he's still texting me and I'll let you know. There WILL be a reveal of course, so I can throw his early pidgin paranoia back in his face, but for now this is it. Brief hiatus coming! Hoping we will get another scam attempt though.

It's really funny that such an obvious scammer is so paranoid and concerned that he accuses me of being a scammer, but that's Albert for you. I had chastised him with 3 screens of proof that he was using copy pasta, and now I'm telling him which mundane daily questions to avoid. Like most scammers, he ignores that completely. He doesn't rely on chat bot right now, and his comments are delightfully nonsensical at times. He seems confused about NY and will have trouble remembering that he lives there, plus his imaginary lumber job, but I try to develop his story for him by asking for details. Gary Doug needed the same at first. Right now he's just very focused on his paranoia, to the point of accusing me of being a scammer. While I'm just focused on chumming, to make him stick around anyway.

I'm glad I made him mad earlier, because he's chosen the soft denial, that finally moves into casual admission with the plan for a "poor me" scam. Thankfully, he falls for the u/delzbr fake tracking screen, which nudges him into the shift (if you use Grabify, you know how awful it is trying to see the results log now, but he might have clicked. Since he believes this). Anyway, he begins to tell his "true story" which will always involve school and poverty and shit parents, and reassures me than he did NOT try to "cun" or catfish me. The justifications and denial continue until screen 8 where he finally just admits it, and starts a story which becomes as embellished and arrogant as his fake military persona. A total psycho. I wait for him to create the new Ask, and he just needs money for rent, his car repairs, and school supplies. Now we understand and our hearts bleed. Then he delivers the line that makes me FURIOUS: "no harm in trying, right?" 🤬🤬🤬. He flunks age math by saying his father died in the civil war (1970), which would make him about 56 (not 27), but he quickly switched to grandfather when he realized it. More proof there's a brain rotting in there somewhere, being killed off by constant casual lying. Not sure he'll know the difference soon. What an amazing tapestry he has woven in both his fake world and real world, and the final tomorrow will reveal that he's also a singer (with songs on free platforms). Oh, by the way, he actually lied because of racists 🙄🙄🙄

This is the (almost) final crazy quilt of the bait. Me trying to make him mad, and him scrambling for other ideas to request money. Potential contract release fees or travel expenses, starlink renewal fees, whatever. He just never picks one and expounds; we're both too tired to care. It's like we're circling each other, looking for a soft spot to attack, and I keep making jabs to see if I can make him fold. I call him a pussy, send a quick "oops" gift card link to grab IP (Telegram loads a preview now that says Grabify on it, so I hope for fast click but delete before they read too much). I send another through TinyURL (no preview this way) but he just won't crink. No matter, I'm toast, so in the end I just call him a scammer to get things rolling. We will know his true location soon enough.

I finally found a possible explanation about the incorrect address but not before he finally searched it and couldn't find it. Thankfully, most of that rant has been deleted here, but I was pretty intense about it. Which led to him telling me to stop nagging, and that set me off big time. This is where I really start losing it, and the whole bait becomes a land of missed opportunity. Gary Doug had my full attention and I was barely keeping up with any others, so I totally missed the chance to "gift wrap" some cash (as he suggests) and take it to the mailbox (think of the AI art!). So all I have is my f bombs while he suggests other methods to send money. We slip into Latin and he immediately goes to Google translate, again impressive for a scammer. He calls me a "silly girl" and sets me off again, then responds by telling me he was "only trying to respect me." This guy is actually the Master of the Mind F*ck, and at this point I'm not even sure he wants the money as much as he wants to mess with me. Then he shoots himself in the foot yet again by telling me it's not legal for soldiers to receive money while on deployment, exactly the thing he's asking for. But if course some mule in NJ would get it, and that's totally legal it seems. Either way, I'm not going to be a criminal and break the law! So he calls me at least 10 times in a row just to annoy me, then blames the transfer "memo," banks, and the laws, like the genuine nutjob we know he is. If this guy lived in the United States he would be the next Ted Kaczynski. Not a math prodigy who makes bombs, but an insane tech genius national hero famous Soldier Marine with connections to Trump and Musk. Actually, now that I typed that, it sounds feasible 😳

He has to decide where he is, and picks a huge base that has been bombed fairly recently and is pretty much vacated. It's like they throw a dart then never Google to check further. But it's okay there as long as you win the fights for water before you go to the grocery there to get the good food, because he's not eating those damn MREs! War is Hell. We have a go around about currency ("something in circulation as a medium of exchange, such as coins, treasury notes and banknotes" per Webster) and I admit it seems pretty confusing these days, so I do my best to add to that. But he ends up asking for $2k instead of $20k and apparently it's for grocery shopping and Starlink. Two things I don't think of when I think of fighting in the Middle East, but as he makes clear, I'm not there. Anyway, I'm pretty agreeable (for me), and he sends me the Jenny (Violet?) Godmother bank account. Apparently she's in New Jersey now, although his daughter went to stay with her in Texas. Or Arizona, as his dear step-sister was The Godmother, until she died of cancer recently? Oh well. We can argue later, he needs immediate haute cuisine to survive. I'm off to the bank.

So now that he's there, wherever exactly that is, he has immediate problems as expected. He finally makes an ask which is more like an assumption about something that was never said. But it's just a "random thought," and he scoots around the edges of Ask constantly. So many different issues begin to emerge one after another, it's like he can't pick just one to settle on yet. Almost like he's testing me first to see which one I'll decide is serious enough for my concern. Poor bastard 😂. I think he's the most scattered and random guy I've dealt with, but at least he's not stuck in quiz show or love bombing mode and he likes to dis Trump when not adoring him. He warns me about scammers here, and I wonder about his timing 🤔. But he'll settle on something soon and we can start heading slowly toward the exit.

It turns out he has "some few" gold bars and "carats" of something, so he's actually quite rich. But wait, maybe its only one bar. Which is fine, because the value of that is $1.7 million. But wait, some others own it in partnership with him. The problem with bragging and lying is that it's not very reliable. But he finally gets a letter with his assignment (most legit-looking creation I've ever gotten!) and he's off to land on a carrier (he might be a fighter pilot too!) then will chopper out to wherever. He's in full active stance now, but already whining about the water and having to eat MREs. I've counseled him about taking whatever he needs, including cash, and now we have to wait and see how long it takes for a crisis to arrive. It won't be long I'm sure. At least at the end he shows that he has learned to say "be right back." Manners might be important now if he wants his expected "emotional support" from Linda.

We discuss Trump's schedule but I am tired of the military talk and tell him to divert. This guy is unique in that he actually can, and will meander off script to different topics on demand. He brings up the usual hotel dream, but also a Mercedes, investment plans, and an organic farm idea. All on a huge $200k savings. Meanwhile, he's covered in scammer tears for a lost step-sister he is very close to, even though she lives out West and he never mentioned her. Not sure what that was about, but he does really love to talk, and I delete a screen's worth for every 2 in this bait. He's used to family deaths though, since his father (who disappeared then was found "unalived" but apparently after fathering a daughter in another marriage) and his brother croaked at the hands of a drug cartel, and his mother died of cancer. I actually found myself wanting to escape his regular conversations also, so by now I'm really needing an Ask or at least a document. Next part he'll provide a nifty "contract letter" so I know we're finally going somewhere.

"Firstly," we continued the citizenship battle and I deleted most of it, but he googled furiously all during, and actually came up with all the correct facts. He won! But I have to say I was impressed, because there's so many scenarios and that was quite a challenge (see Travel.State.Gov "Obtaining U.S. Citizenship for a Child Born Abroad"). I learned a lot myself! Then he actually comes up with a valid topic for conversation, although it doesn't last. He always needs to rapidly return to self-aggrandizing, and now adds tech expert to his resumé. Plus he's a National Hero! If only he would get his proper accolades 😭. He's on the way to Washington (DC to see DT) so I can see an Ask coming soon, at least

We finish up religion with a hearty argument about Buddhism, most screens deleted, which may seem very non-Zen but he needed education 😄. Then he moves on to not-so-Buddhist dreams of an "automated penthouse" on the beach and financial goals. I only hope that penthouse home will have a basement (on the beach) since he seems pretty into those. By now it's clear he's quite the catch, but to make sure I know, he sends pics (he's got wings too! What can't he do?). We have a nice argument about citizenship where he explains it to me, and it seems to be the solution for all immigrants, legal or not, to enlist! Meanwhile, he's Carribean (from West Indies, it seems) and sends voice notes to prove his accent isn't too bad, so that maybe I'll take a phone call. I won't.

He turns out to be creating his own Waco in Florida, and he reminds me of the plastic combat soldiers kids played with back in the 60s (before video games did the imagination stuff for them). You can tell this scammer has a rich fantasy life, and is so delusional he's pretty creepy. He's just a Navy seal and a Marine sharp shootin' sniper but later he will become so much more. I knew I was all in when he reminded me of a musical we did in school, and began educating/advising me on everything he doesn't know. He moves on to sniffing out my assets and the usual talk about religion, where he teaches me that God is not a diety. So much more to learn.

I was entrenched in Gary Doug's issues in the Strait when Dennis came around, so barely had time or interest. He began very script-bound and wirh no potential, but I thought another Florida guy would at least maybe know Gary Doug, so why not? I vacillated the whole time, as he pummeled me with the usual, then revealed he was yet another "military man," albeit in weapons procurement. But he got slightly more interesting with his huge ego and political views as things progressed, so here we go. He's like the Gary Doug afterbirth, but hopefully worthy 😁

I was busy with home repairs and so glad to get this over, but I wanted more anger, I always do. I think it's funny how they still respect Linda's feelings, and try to reason with her even when presented with so much information. Granted, it's mostly lies, due to brilliant image manipulation by u/delzbr, where she adds "Nigeria" to profile pages and makes fake trackers 😆. Pretty soon there won't be a single app that they trust! But I enjoyed how he immediately slipped into his young Nigerian self with "ain't" at least. He still tries to hang in there with the concept of arguing about it when he gets to Chicago instead of now. Since he thinks it's Irving anyway, and always has, u/MadisonCembre is attacking him at the exact same time and will post that also. Along with any art I couldn't fit in here! Even his last statement is just one of simple denial, but I like to think he was drowning in scammer tears or having his ass beat by his Aza. He comes back after Irving reveals, just to see if Linda Goodman is still there by saying her name, but by the time I responded, he had given up for good. Oh well. I guess he won't be in Chicago next week after all, but he might return here later, as he's now playing the others on "Scamble" and there's still work to be done. He got no level.

He's not too excited about the news that the Wedyan is safety out of the chokepoint! He starts to finally get a little sus, but honestly, how on earth can he actually stick with this? He even sends a property tax bill from the county (I notice the homestead exemption on it, so I guess, among his 20 homes, this one is his Primary Residence). I love that he's fully switched on and the desperation is palpable as he sees this all crumbling away finally. I also need money for home repairs, possibly $25k but then maybe $50k? His brain is racing trying to find a way to salvage this, but he still wants $300k instead of a quarter million, and that's as low as he can go 😂. I admire that he won't do the lowly gift card Ask at this point, but I will send him a Quarter Pounder, and I ask u/delzbr for a McD's receipt while Madison whips up a picture with Ronald. Tomorrow is the reveal and we plan to treat him with nice artwork at least! "Why are you making this difficult for me?"

This is all over the place, much like the issues in my home right now. I started with exploration of the Dotties Global Holding LLC site, which I recommend visiting. A very impressive company for a Trailer Park Woman. The fake sites are getting very involved these days with AI being so invasive (yet fun. I have such mixed feelings!). Then he goes on a lengthy yap-a-thon about movies and books, which I mercifully have deleted, and offers up with a list of books I should read that he has never actually read himself 😂. This is all to pass the time and keep me on the hook, so he can pester me about the transfer and calling to check on it. Iran still needs the money to "fix their broken country," like any American would say that? It's more like "so the gas pump won't say $5.86 right now." Next, I have a real life plumbing issue and multiple household events that I just exaggerate and fit into my bait because what else can you do? I'm not about to stop now! None of it tops his needs of course, as he sweats the transfer. But then, Judah sends a text to Irv that the tanker is safely in the UAE! Great news! There's ONE more part tomorrow, then the reveal on Friday. Bonus art from Madison today, she's been busy and will have more!

He now knows he can Google "Gary Douglas, Florida" and find some options that also have addresses. The first one, yesterday, actually had too much information and I was able to find more information on him. He's a Pharmacist. So Gary Doug comes up with yet another property (he's a real estate mogul) and this time he's able to provide a search that's pretty convincing. The address is actually owned by Gary Douglas! I am finally shown the proof! This leads to a stern "we'll talk about this later" in which he will " give me correction" as they say. You can just feel his smug sense of success as he provides yet another mule, and I go to yet another bank to get a final transfer done. He really believes he has finally won!

Just when I think he's done, he comes up with a surprising new idea. Ordinarily, I would have pursued this for more content, but real life had gotten complicated and I just couldn't. If it was like the "SK delivery guy" with Tommy, it would be a series of pointless verbose emails, and I was just too worn out to add that it. But it was interesting to see that he still had others involved here. He provides an unsolicited SSN, and I can't look up the actual person (need to be an employer to use SSNVS) but I assume it's a victim/mule. But I did ask which state it was issued in. It took him a while, but he googled that the first 3 digits indicate that (until 2011). He was proud. More importantly, he provides me with an entirely different home address in Florida, because he has also learned that if you enter a name like "Gary Douglas, Florida" you will find a person with that name, and an address! This will be further explored tomorrow, and he gets super confident with his new knowledge, believing he has finally won! So cocky it's delightful, and way better for a reveal on Friday. Three more parts before then, but this last gasp stuff is fun.

I decide the best thing is to hop on the train and leave town, which is so easy in Chicago! I could be in Wisconsin eating cheese, who knows? But I'm back into the boring stuff with him, and still trying to get documents or immediate video calls where he can't arrange any AI. I can't find the magic moment to reveal and I'm not satisfied that I've worn him out. He's sus, but not defeated. At the end here it seems like he might get me a car title, so I'm hanging in for my love of documents now. He's obsessed with Irving's threat at this point, my phone will be taken (!), and the urgency is intense! But I still want some collateral, so he'll come up with weird another idea in the next part.

Once on the way back from Pittsburg, I was stuck in a holding pattern at O'Hare for 45 minutes. This feels like that, and I keep wondering if we will ever land this plane. The Reveal Moment has arrived and it is a strong feeling, but the magic entry point keeps eluding me! Which will continue for FIVE more parts (I've finished my edits and just now realized). But I admit, I've got a need to stick around for his new efforts here. No wonder he calls that game we met on "Scramble," it's what he does and who he is. By now, we've gotten used to his lengthy preambles to telling yet the same boring nonsense, and like minute 44 on that plane, I'm about to lose it. But then, he comes up with a delightful opportunity to play a Reverse card, and it's alive again. A new Squirm, and a fun return to Diane, as Madison re-enters to torture him with Irving. Let's keep going!
