This is all over the place, much like the issues in my home right now. I started with exploration of the Dotties Global Holding LLC site, which I recommend visiting. A very impressive company for a Trailer Park Woman. The fake sites are getting very involved these days with AI being so invasive (yet fun. I have such mixed feelings!). Then he goes on a lengthy yap-a-thon about movies and books, which I mercifully have deleted, and offers up with a list of books I should read that he has never actually read himself 😂. This is all to pass the time and keep me on the hook, so he can pester me about the transfer and calling to check on it. Iran still needs the money to "fix their broken country," like any American would say that? It's more like "so the gas pump won't say $5.86 right now." Next, I have a real life plumbing issue and multiple household events that I just exaggerate and fit into my bait because what else can you do? I'm not about to stop now! None of it tops his needs of course, as he sweats the transfer. But then, Judah sends a text to Irv that the tanker is safely in the UAE! Great news! There's ONE more part tomorrow, then the reveal on Friday. Bonus art from Madison today, she's been busy and will have more!

The night before I left, Jen (u/pure_champion1396) and I were talking about him answering her and what he'd say, and now I owe her a gift card.

So she does her thing and it's wonderful. He tells her Henry is in boarding school in COLORADO. He told me California. Fuck it, it's fine, they're the same because they both start with a C. He says Ruthin Academy but she does the same thing I did and tells him there's no Ruthin Academy in Colorado. Then it becomes Colorado Academy.

Now he has to wait two weeks for me to get back. HA HA.

We had a two minute phone call during this conversation, with his real Nigerian voice, and stupid as a brick. Still he refused to send it, so all I have is the stupid AI voice he gave a try. I post that in the comments.

He now knows he can Google "Gary Douglas, Florida" and find some options that also have addresses. The first one, yesterday, actually had too much information and I was able to find more information on him. He's a Pharmacist. So Gary Doug comes up with yet another property (he's a real estate mogul) and this time he's able to provide a search that's pretty convincing. The address is actually owned by Gary Douglas! I am finally shown the proof! This leads to a stern "we'll talk about this later" in which he will " give me correction" as they say. You can just feel his smug sense of success as he provides yet another mule, and I go to yet another bank to get a final transfer done. He really believes he has finally won!

I had a great time telling him how mentally ill and delusional he is but now it's time to watch him squirm as I fuck up the Bitcoin wallet number and go in vacation for two weeks!

I fucked up on slide 7 and accidentally sent him his own profile, saying "can you send me a picture like this?" because I was trying to make a fake notification for Linda's bait and deleted it when I realized I sent it to him, so that's what his "huh?" is about lol

Anyway, I send him the receipt, mute and archive him, then watch him frantically message me to tell me I fucked up 🤣🤣🤣 And then I start my vacation!

The most infuriating thing about him is that he's stupid but thinks he knows it all.

A random woman added me on Discord and opened with:

“Did you see the message I sent you in the game?”

I had absolutely no idea who she was.

Apparently her teammate had given her the “wrong username” and she had accidentally added me instead.

No problem.

Except instead of saying “sorry, wrong person” and disappearing, she immediately started making conversation.

Within minutes she wanted to know where I lived, what I did, what games I played, told me I could visit her in New Zealand someday, and asked whether I would show her around Germany if she ever visited.

Totally normal interaction with someone you accidentally added five minutes ago.

Then came the real mission:

“Do you want to play Jurassic Front: Survival with me?”

She REALLY wanted me to play this game.

At this point the whole thing felt so suspicious that I looked up Jurassic Front.

And that's when things got interesting.

I found reports from other people describing remarkably similar Discord encounters: random women adding them “by accident,” starting friendly conversations and then trying to convince them to download the exact same mobile game.

So I decided not to block her.

Instead, I wanted to see where this went.

She told me to download the game.

Then:

“Select server 42.”

Then:

“Send me your Commander ID.”

Again.

And again.

And again.

She even sent me a screenshot of her own character and wanted to personally invite me.

There was only one tiny problem.

I had never downloaded the game.

So naturally, I told her my commander was:

BenDover42.

For the remainder of this story, please remember that there has never been a Commander BenDover42.

She couldn't find Ben.

She asked for his ID.

She asked for screenshots.

She explained where I could find the ID.

She told me to restart the game.

She explained the server selection.

She asked whether I had downloaded the wrong game.

Meanwhile I kept having increasingly ridiculous “technical difficulties” getting poor Commander BenDover42 onto Server 42.

She kept troubleshooting.

At one point I started asking why she was so incredibly determined to get me onto this specific server.

She explained that otherwise we couldn't play together.

I asked what we'd actually do together.

Apparently we could catch dinosaurs, build a base and even steal other people's dinosaur eggs.

Not gonna lie, that part actually sounded pretty fun.

But eventually, after what must have been the world's longest customer-support session for a completely fictional dinosaur commander, she finally cracked:

“I now suspect you didn't download it at all.”

Sherlock fucking Holmes.

I admitted it.

Her response:

“You've been playing me for a long time.”

Followed by:

“I am disappointed.”

At this point I almost felt bad.

Almost.

She told me that she had only invited me to play as a friend and that I could have simply refused.

Then came:

“Since you don't consider me a friend, there's no need for me to be friends with you.”

Which led to another slightly surreal discussion about how exactly two people who accidentally met on Discord less than four hours ago had already become friends.

Eventually:

“I don't want to communicate with you anymore.”

Fair enough.

At that point, I finally told her what had actually been happening.

There had never been a download.

There had never been a Commander ID.

There had never been a confused German desperately trying to reach Server 42.

I had deliberately been wasting her time for more than 3.5 hours.

And I told her why.

I explained that I'd looked up Jurassic Front: Survival and found other people describing remarkably similar encounters: random Discord adds, supposed accidental contact, unusually friendly conversation, then an invitation to Jurassic Front and attempts to get the person onto a specific server or legion.

So while she apparently thought she was spending 3.5 hours guiding her new German friend toward Server 42...

I was sitting there seeing how long she would keep trying.

But there was still one final detail.

Earlier in the conversation, my supposedly New Zealand-based friend had accidentally sent me:

这个是我

Which means roughly:

“This is me.”

In Chinese.

I had noticed it immediately.

I just never mentioned it.

I saved that for the end.

So after revealing the whole thing, I sent her one final message:

谢谢你陪我玩了这么久。可惜，我玩的游戏不是《Jurassic Front》，而是你。😂

Which translates roughly to:

“Thanks for playing with me for so long. Unfortunately, the game I was playing wasn't Jurassic Front — it was you.” 😂

And then...

“Karen is typing…”

For a moment, she apparently still had something to say.

Then the typing indicator disappeared.

Nothing.

Silence.

But there's one final part of this story that Karen never found out.

Remember how I kept coming up with questions, excuses and increasingly stupid ways to avoid giving her my Commander ID for more than three hours?

I wasn't actually doing that alone.

Once the conversation started looking suspicious, I sent screenshots of it to ChatGPT and explained what was happening.

From that point on, ChatGPT was basically running the operation.

Every time Karen replied, the process became:

Karen → Me → ChatGPT.

ChatGPT analyzed her response, tried to work out whether we were dealing with a bot, a scripted human recruiter or an actual random person, and then wrote my next message.

I copied it into Discord.

Karen replied.

Back to ChatGPT.

Analyze.

Generate next move.

Copy.

Paste.

Repeat.

For three and a half hours.

And remember Commander BenDover42?

Yeah.

I wish I could take credit for that name.

I cannot.

The AI named him.

So after spending the entire evening trying to figure out whether Karen was a bot, there was one final plot twist:

Karen probably wasn't the bot in this conversation.

I was.

Or, more accurately:

I was the meat-based API connecting Karen to ChatGPT.

For 3.5 hours.

😭

And that's the story of Commander BenDover42.

He never reached Server 42.

He never caught a dinosaur.

He never stole a dinosaur egg.

He never even existed.

But for more than 3.5 glorious hours, someone provided extensive technical support in an increasingly desperate attempt to get an AI-generated German dinosaur commander to the Jurassic Front.

Never reached Server 42.

But he completed his real mission.

at first the hospital thing was a big fat lie … but unfortunately i’ve jinxed myself and really am in hospital with pneumonia which isn’t helping my patience with this fool and i’m looking forward to telling him what a scumbag he is.

Now that he's made the initial ask, of course he won't drop it. It consumes him and it's all he can think about. But Sera has other plans.

I really was sick for a few days and he pissed me the fuck off so, naturally, I took it out on him. Then I drop one last daughter screenshot and demand an explanation, then call him mentally ill 🤣

Just when I think he's done, he comes up with a surprising new idea. Ordinarily, I would have pursued this for more content, but real life had gotten complicated and I just couldn't. If it was like the "SK delivery guy" with Tommy, it would be a series of pointless verbose emails, and I was just too worn out to add that it. But it was interesting to see that he still had others involved here. He provides an unsolicited SSN, and I can't look up the actual person (need to be an employer to use SSNVS) but I assume it's a victim/mule. But I did ask which state it was issued in. It took him a while, but he googled that the first 3 digits indicate that (until 2011). He was proud. More importantly, he provides me with an entirely different home address in Florida, because he has also learned that if you enter a name like "Gary Douglas, Florida" you will find a person with that name, and an address! This will be further explored tomorrow, and he gets super confident with his new knowledge, believing he has finally won! So cocky it's delightful, and way better for a reveal on Friday. Three more parts before then, but this last gasp stuff is fun.

You would think a Doctor of Health would know all this already.

Woke up to discover he blocked me. He didn't even try to deny the chatgpt accusation. I guess he's not moving to Alaska after all. Oh well. So long, Renan. I enjoyed wasting your time.

I decide the best thing is to hop on the train and leave town, which is so easy in Chicago! I could be in Wisconsin eating cheese, who knows? But I'm back into the boring stuff with him, and still trying to get documents or immediate video calls where he can't arrange any AI. I can't find the magic moment to reveal and I'm not satisfied that I've worn him out. He's sus, but not defeated. At the end here it seems like he might get me a car title, so I'm hanging in for my love of documents now. He's obsessed with Irving's threat at this point, my phone will be taken (!), and the urgency is intense! But I still want some collateral, so he'll come up with weird another idea in the next part.
