How long after wisdom teeth surgery can I play?

Got them pulled last monday including another baby tooth. How many days should I wait until I csn really play again?

Is this card worth grading?

Pulled it a while back, been rotting in a binder. Overall lightly played but trying to figure out hoe bad the centering is (as im new to grading but have been collecting for years). Based on the overall centering of the card would this be worth it to send in?
