A few extra inches off revealed I have 2A waves
I've had stick straight fine hair my entire life. Length for 20 years has been just below my shoulders and I wash and round blow dry it every morning, as airdrying it looks horrible and I live in the south where the humidity is a daily thing. Curls from hot rollers, curling irons, sponge rollers (child of the 70s), all fall out within hours and leave me with a 'sticky from all the hairspray and holding products' hot mess.
The new hairdresser I went to this week suggested taking off a couple extra inches to be just below my chin and more layers on my crown and her exact words at that point were 'girl, your hair is trying to be sassy!'. Spun me around to face the mirror and y'all I have 2A.waves all over and a couple of pretty curls at the base of my neck. Who knew! Any fine haired gals that have go to products they'd recommend for styling their 2A waves?
