Me and her been talking since Early October and been dating since Mid January. We’re long distance btw. Some might say that’s a short time to start a relationship which i understand but anyways. We had a couple of discussions about commitment/infidelity and i’m ngl there were some red flags. She’s real big on waiting for the right person to give her body to since she was celibate for a year until she met me and how she tells me how highly she thinks of me daily.

1. We were talking about a book she was reading which included the husband cheating on his wife with the maid. And i then asked her “if you were in that situation where the husband was cheating on his wife and you were the maid. Would you help cheat with the husband? She said, depends on how much he’s paying me.”

2. Another time. I asked her if “she would ever cheat and she said no but only if my partner cheats first.”

3. Then recently her and my mom had a conversation about my mom’s ex. And my mom talked about how her and her ex went their separate ways and she regrets it. And my girl said “you should send him a pic of your new hairstyle and flirt with him. Mom replied by saying oh no he’s married and my girlfriend said is he happily married tho? Because it really depends if he is or not”.

My mom laughed it off and the convo ended there. I told my mom about how i felt about that and asked her how she felt. And she tried to cover for her by saying “she was probably joking until I told her about all the other times that topic came up. She told me she understands how i felt and not to say anything to her about it. She wants to talk to us both this weekend about her own experiences with that stuff and how others got their karma for doing the same. She says it’s noting to breakup for.” Which I don’t want to break up with her but depending on how she responds to the next conversation we all have i might. What do yall think?
